Rosa Taylor

Rosa is the Program Officer, Education at BRAC USA, where she supports the project design, proposal development, program management, and evaluation of BRAC’s education programs in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on early childhood development, primary and secondary education, and education technology.

Prior to joining BRAC USA, Rosa gained experience on the development and communications teams at the British Council, Human Rights Watch, and Pursuit. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, where she focused her studies on international relations and human rights. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she is concentrating in International Development.
