As a Technical Advisor for BRAC Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative, Dristy provides technical assistance to governments, multilateral institutions, and NGOs in contextualizing and adopting the Graduation approach and economic inclusion programs worldwide. She specializes in program design, staff capacity building, implementation oversight, project management, and monitoring & learning. Her key areas of expertise include social protection, financial inclusion, and gender empowerment through sustainable livelihoods. She has provided technical guidance on designing and implementing economic inclusion initiatives, mostly in partnership with governments, in the Philippines, Zambia, Kenya, Liberia, Tanzania, and Nepal.

Previously, Dristy worked at World Bank Nepal, in the Social Protection Unit. She has extensive fieldwork and several years of consulting experience with various international organizations, including Pact, FHI360, Root Change, AmeriCares, and FINCA International. Dristy holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy, with a certificate in International Development focusing on Social and Political Change, from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Economics from Middlebury College.
