    • BRAC UK uses third-party companies to provide services on our behalf. This includes the processing of donations and distribution of newsletters. We use a third-party email marketing platform to deliver email communications. This platform tracks open rates and click-throughs by using an email address as an identifier. You will be given the option to remove your name from our email list at the bottom of each email update. We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to a third party.

We will retain your personal data as follows:

If you subscribe to our newsletter or alerts, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or alerts;
BRAC UK will retain your data for as long as is relevant for our charitable activities and the purpose set out for its collection. This includes: data provided to us if you make a donation; data provided if you contact us; your technical usage information; and data on your use of our Website and our Services.

We will also retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms and conditions, other applicable terms of service, and our policies.
